BREATHWORK

This 2 stage pranayama breathing technique is deeply healing, allowing you to access deep relaxation and freedom from old stories, injuries and unhelpful patterns. It is done laying down- we breathe the active breath pattern for 35 minutes, followed by a 10 minute rest to recharge the energetic body.

YOGA + BREATHWORK

 

60 minutes of connecting movement and breath for enhanced mind-body awareness. A mix of gentle, flowing yoga poses will gently warm your bdoy, followed by 20 minutes of active breathwork meditation to delve deeper into energetic restoration. This class ends with a 10 minute savasana to let the body fully rest.

VINYASA YOGA

A warming yoga practice to cleanse the physical body. These classes gradually build on each “vinyasa” a string of poses that connect the yoga movements together. You will gently build strength in a saft way, sharpen your awareness but linking your breath with each movement and cultivate a steady calm in your body, mind and heart. 

SUNRISE YOGA

Rise, shine and flow! Synchronize breath and movement in this active morning practice with opportunities to stretch and strengthen. This vinyasa yoga class is accessible for all levels, great for cross-training and starting a consistent early morning yoga practice. 

SOMATIC PILATES

Weaves somatic movement with core-centered strength to help you reconnect to your body from the inside out. Through slow, mindful exercises and guided sensory awareness, you’ll learn how your pelvic floor, deep core, and nervous system work together to support posture, stability, and ease of movement. Perfect for anyone seeking a more intuitive approach to Pilates

PILATES

Each session draws on the foundational principles of traditional Pilates—precision, concentration, and the connection between mind and body—to help you build a strong, stable core while improving overall flexibility and posture. This class is designed for all levels, whether you're new to Pilates or looking to deepen an existing practice.
